seven ingredients. one system. here's how they actually connect.

over the last system reports, we walked through fasted training, EAAs, l-carnitine, caffeine and l-theanine, creatine, electrolytes, and the b-vitamin complex — one mechanism at a time.

read individually, each one makes its own case. read together, something else becomes visible: none of them are actually working alone. every mechanism in this formula is quietly running on top of another one. that is the compounding effect — not a marketing word, a description of what's actually happening in the tub.

// why EAAs and l-carnitine work better together than either alone

here's the connection that ties the first three system reports together. whey protein triggers a substantial insulin response — and insulin is the primary hormone that suppresses lipolysis, the process that makes stored fat available to burn in the first place. spike insulin, and you close the exact window l-carnitine depends on to do its job.

free-form EAAs don't trigger anywhere near the same insulin response whey does — a well-documented difference tied to how each is digested, not how much protein is in the dose.
