creatine: the most evidence-backed ingredient in sports science

the bloating myth. the dosing logic. the actual science.

creatine monohydrate has more peer-reviewed research behind it than almost any other supplement compound in existence. its mechanism is straightforward: it increases phosphocreatine stores in muscle tissue, which are used to rapidly regenerate ATP — the primary energy currency of high-intensity effort.
